A Series MMS OS Upgrade
First generation A Series units were engineered on a deprecated operating system. To improve streaming performance and update the unit's operating system we recommend the OS Upgrade as a cost-effective approach to extending the lifespan of an existing A Series MMS.
Savant SMS License Upgrade
Convert Savant SMS A Series units to an Autonomic license that continues to work with Savant. By updating the license the A Series SMS will be capable of updating to the latest firmware available for our A Series generation, significantly improving performance and requiring no programming changes. The SMS License Upgrade includes the OS Upgrade if required for first generation A Series SMS units.
Program Resources
Program Terms and Conditions
All legacy support and trade-in program options are available to active authorized Autonomic Dealers. Dealers with accounts prior to December 2016 have automatic access to Autonomic.biz using their previous account primary email address. Units used for trade-in must have proof of purchase through SnapAV or Autonomic, any units purchased via third-parties are not subject to credit. Products eligible for the A Series to eSeries Upgrade include: MMS-2A, MMS-5A, SMS-102A, SMS-005A. The order number of the new eSeries unit must be represented on the replacement return shipment. Dealer is responsible for shipping return costs. Units returned without an order number are subject to recycling and will not earn any store account credits. All trade-in program replacement units are safely recycled. Autonomic, at its sole discretion, may elect to remotely disable the unit rather than having it shipped to our office. If this is done, the dealer must provide proof of item destruction or recycling prior to receiving a credit. Store credits can be used toward any Autonomic purchase including the MMS-1e and eSeries Mirage Amplifiers (Models M-801e, M-401e and M-120e).
